SHIPMENT POLICY

At POWERHATO.NET, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. This Shipment Policy outlines our terms and procedures regarding shipping. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipment terms.

1. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

We offer various shipping options to accommodate the needs of our customers. Depending on the shipping destination and the items in your order, we may use the following carriers:

During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method based on delivery time and cost.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that international shipping rates and duties may apply to orders shipped outside the United States. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within the United States)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (within the United States)
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, and other factors, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery date through the respective carrier’s website.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only ship to the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside the United States, please review our shipping options at checkout to determine if your country is eligible for delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout to avoid delays in processing.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, shipping delays may occur due to various reasons, such as:

  • Customs processing for international shipments

We require the following information for claims:

  • Photos of the damaged package and products (if applicable)

9. ADDRESS ERRORS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an error is made in the shipping address, please contact us immediately to update your information. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be redirected.
