REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At POWERHATO.NET, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. RETURNS
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
If you meet these criteria, please contact our customer service team at info@powerhato.net to initiate the return process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
2. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
3. EXCHANGES
If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and contact our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement product as requested. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale
- Opened or used lubricants, oils, or chemicals (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in processing a return or exchange.
5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional charge. To process this, we may ask for photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
7. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

- Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
